Le baobab was born from the inspiration of Caterina D'Errico, the mother of the current owner Paola Maddaloni: it is true love for this profession, passed down through three generations.

The baobabs and then there is the younger Caterina Chiaiese, the future in this story.

"Ours is a historic activity, a family tradition, which my mother Caterina D'Errico began 50 years ago. I still remember when I was just over five years old and standing up on tiptoe, I tried to peek at my mother intent on drawing on her large wooden desk.

 

I owe everything to her, from her I learned rigor, discipline, but above all the boundless love for this wonderful profession. I dedicate all my work to her, a style icon."
